Captivating Coron

Last month, my friends and I visited Coron, Palawan. It was my first time to go to that province and I was, and still is, amazed by its beauty. We just spent 2 nights there and there were still a lot of places to go to. The first night, there was a blackout, since rotating blackout is common in Coron. But we still enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the town. There were a lot of foreigners in Coron and they're busy strolling the streets, riding motorcycles and they're just about everywhere. Of course, the main attraction of Coron is not the town itself but the nearby islands. Island hopping is a must do in Coron. It's better if you avail of a complete tour package since the airport is a bit far from the town proper. And a tour package would include airport transfers, as well as ride from hotel to sea port and vice versa. As part of the package, you get to swim and snorkel in the sea as well as in freshwater lakes. There are really many things to do and see including corals and sunken Japanese vessels.

Let the photos speak for themselves

We all deserve a break :)
